TRABUCCHI D’ILLASI AT VINITALY 2015
Trabucchi d’Illasi at Vinitaly 2015 has conquered the markets.
The biological production which distinguishes Trabucchi d’Illadsi Winery represents true luxury in a bottle. Like the owner of the agricultural company from Verona, Raffaella Trabucchi tell us at Recount Channel, this activity for over 30 years has respected nature and people and it is this what motivates it.
Biodiversity is a quality to preserve and value. Following this philosophy is what allows them to achieve a non aggressive vinification process, that respects the maturation and fermantation period of their non chemically treated grapi, and therefore whoever tastes this wine can enjoy its true body of the wine.
Amaroni, Valpolicella and Recioto, the great wines from the Verona Valpolicella area, this way they maintain their unique organleptic and tannic properties which are very appreciated not only in the italian but also foreign markets. Their policy, that of slow process and passion, which animates the winery, also includes a long refinement in the bottle.
Speaking of luxury red wine par excellence, the Amarone, Trabucchi d’Illasi presented at Vinitaly 2015 a 2008 vintage: a wine of great thickness, scented, full-bodied, generous, perfect for accompaning the boldest plates of the italian tradition.
For the Trabucchi family wine-making is above all a mission: it means to bring a part of knowledge of the italian history and tradition in every single glass.
These consist of little works of art each dedicated to a protagonist of the Winery, they tell a story to the assessor of love and dedication which every step requires. One must recognize those that each day are committed in transformign a dream into reality.
Trabucchi d’Illasi is known around Italy for its social activities.
Amongst many events during the year, in particular there are the Civilian Passion Prize (Pemio alla Passion Civile) that in July celebrates famous figures of culture, art, politics, and sport who have acquired recognition from pariticular merits.
In August, during the night of shooting stars that illuminate the sky, the garden at the Trabucchi villa hosts a large audience with piano music, an astronomer, and obviously a glass exquisit wine all while looking at the starry sky.
The agricultural company Trabucchi d’Illasi represents therefore a luxurious reality true symbol of Made in Italy.
